Call Now to Stop the Vehicle Kill Switch!

November 7, 2023 | Washington, D.C.

A message from Texas Eagle Forum and Texans Uniting for Reform and Freedom (TURF)

THE VOTE ON THE THUD BILL COULD BE ANY MOMENT (likely to come up today or tomorrow).

Our amendment to de-fund the kill switch made it into the Rules Package. Let's get it across the finish line by calling YOUR member of congress to ask them to support our amendment (#60) by Rep. Thomas Massie to de-fund the kill switch in the Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development (THUD) Appropriations Bill, H.R. 4820.

Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) has come out against the amendment. This will make certain members of congress wilt. However, having a drunk driver navigate their vehicle WHILE DRUNK, WITHOUT POWER across several lanes of traffic to park safely on the shoulder is wildly unrealistic and DANGEROUS!

Don't let your member of congress fall for it! Violating EVERY American's 4th Amendment right to NOT be illegally surveilled (tracked, monitored) by the government without due process (a warrant) is not negotiable! Don't let your rep conflate two UNRELATED issues.

This is what we're trying to keep from being installed in EVERY vehicle in America!
